These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Customer") and AIO ("AIO," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the AIO website, dashboard, and related services (together, the "Service"). By requesting a demo, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
AIO measures how visible a brand is across traditional search engines and AI answer/generative engines (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and Copilot), tracks that visibility over time, benchmarks it against competitor brands you select, and surfaces prioritized recommendations to improve it. The Service is organized around four disciplines: SEO, AEO, GEO, and SXO.
Features, scoring methodology, supported engines, and the user interface may change, be added, or be removed as the AI landscape evolves. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect your reporting, and we do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or continuity of historical data. Pricing agreed at signup will be honored for the duration of your active subscription.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for business use; you may not use it to monitor or benchmark a domain you do not own or have authorization to track.
Access to the Service begins once your account is approved and your subscription is activated. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise at checkout) for as long as your subscription remains active. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from the dashboard; changes take effect at the start of the next billing period unless otherwise stated. Fees are quoted in USD, exclude applicable local taxes, and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to monitor or scrape domains you don't have the right to track; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without a separate written agreement; (c) use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or infringes a third party's rights; or (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including automated scraping of the dashboard itself outside any API we provide.
AI answer and generative engines are third-party systems we do not control and whose behavior is not deterministic — the same question can return different answers at different times. Visibility scores are therefore statistical estimates derived from repeated sampling, reported alongside a sample size and confidence interval, not a guarantee of any specific ranking or outcome.
Competitor benchmarking is limited to publicly observable signals (search and AI-engine visibility). We have no access to a competitor's own analytics, so SXO (on-site experience and conversion behavior) is measured for your connected domain only and is never available for benchmark brands.
AIO and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its methodology, scoring models, and software. Except for the limited right to access and use the Service under these Terms, nothing here transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You retain all rights to your own website content and data.
We collect and process account information, the domains and prompts you configure, and data returned from third-party engines and any analytics integrations you connect (such as Search Console or GA4) in order to provide the Service. Details on what we collect and how it is used are set out in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including — to the extent permitted by law — merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any recommendation will improve your visibility or business outcomes, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and do not cure the breach within a reasonable time after notice, or immediately if required to comply with the law or to protect the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory local consumer-protection law requires otherwise for your jurisdiction.
